Delivery of the ebook:
If you order the online version, you will get a username/password combination and an URL to log in and
access the ebook online right after your order goes through if ordered online. The URL and the Password will be displayed on your
order confirmation screen, then emailed to your email address.
If you order the online version with a print
copy, in addition to the above you will also get the print copy in mail.
Delivery of actual products:
US: Mostly by UPS. Occasionally by priority mail and regular mail
(to APO and FPO addresses, PO Box, etc.).
Canada: By UPS, sometimes by air mail.
Other countries: By Air Mail.
